Overnight Oats (High Protein, tastes like dessert!)

This is the perfect breakfast. Prepare it the night before and in the morning it is ready for you to eat. No more taking time in the morning to prepare breakfast while rushing out the door for work!

Directions:

In a jar-

Mix 1/2 cup water or milk substitute with 1 scoop of 1st Phorm Level-1 protein (I like the ice cream sandwich flavor for this recipe, but you can use any flavor you like).

Next add 1/2 cup oats (minute oats or rolled oats work great) and 1/4 cup berries of your choice (my favorite are strawberries).

Mix everything together.

Close lid on jar and let sit in the refrigerator over night. In the morning your meal is ready to grab and go!

 

Side note: I make a double serving for my breakfast because I'm a big boy and I eat a lot! haha
