To kick things off, we will sit down on a video call together to discuss your goals. We will go over how you currently eat, what your exercise routine looks like, and where you want to be. We’ll then design you a completely personal, custom plan to get you to your your goal!
We’ll help you understand how to eat and why. We’ll develop a workout routine that works with your schedule. And we’ll keep following up weekly to make sure you are on track and make any necessary adjustments.
